Hello Everyone and Welcome!
I want to give you a unique background about myself.
I was born in the Hammond, Indiana. My mother divorced, when I was three and decided to move back to Japan. I lived in Japan and attended Japanese school until we moved to Guam, when I was thirteen. What I change in environment moving from the big city to a small island in the Pacific. Guam was a tropical heaven. There I picked up surfing on the dangerous coral reef, and all I wanted to do was to surf.
Well, you know what happens when your money runs out. I had to go to work. I picked up several different jobs, and wherever I worked, I did best I can at any jobs I tackled. Since I was an outdoor type, I never could think about working in an office. But when I met Elisa, my wife of 30 years, I found this office job by accident in the Trading Industry to work as a Customs Broker.
I spent 29 years in the Customs business, and I was very successful at that. I traveled all over, wined and dined with clients, had a membership to a Country Club to play golf with clients whenever I wanted. A Cadillac paid for by the company. But the life in corporate really sucked! I had to report to a parent company ran by Japanese National executives on rotation every so many years. Things were not getting better as I am older now. It's not the same when I was younger and looking up to respectable people before me. As I am older and being at the top corporate executive management not much older than I am, they are just feeding off the company, not willing to make any changes, and just want to retire quietly, there was no challenge in the company anymore, because they did not welcome changes, and I was not welcome. The decision for me to change came suddenly. I thought about my family, and myself. All these years, my job took me away from my family. I could not imagine retiring from this company. I realized that had to make a change for myself while I am still young, and it's not too late. It's now, or I will never have the freedom physically, mentally, and financially. I did not want to look back at myself 10 years from now, and have any regret that I didn't do it.
So here I am. I took the giant step. I reflect on when I was young, and how I challenged myself to take the leap forward. So here I go again. And this home business is making me successful, and I have greater joy of achievement, when I everyone else around me succeed as I do.

I live in Orange County, Southern California with my wife Elisa, daughter Diana attends CSULB, and she goes to Spain this September for one year International study program. My son Shane s attends Marina High School in Huntington Beach, and he is a soccer fanatic. He is an outstanding player. We have a dog name Butters, and a cat name Daisy that I like to call her TJ.
